What should we include in an inquiry?
Your company, preferred date or date range, approximate guest count, and the occasion. For an offsite performance, include the location and any timing you have in mind. A rough plan is plenty to start the conversation.
How do pricing and availability work?
Offsite performances are quoted for the date, format, and location. Group ticket and buyout options depend on the performance and number of guests. Send an inquiry for availability and a quote.
Can we discuss accessibility and seating?
Yes. Include your guests’ access requirements in your inquiry. For Palace events, the box office can discuss seating and access arrangements before you book. For offsite performances, share the venue details with Kevin.
