Sales, refunds, and exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges may be available up until one (1) week before the performance if the performance or section has not yet sold out; fees will apply. If the performance or section has sold out, no exchanges will be available. Tickets may be transferred to other guests. All artists and programs are subject to change without notice.
Onsite checks, service fees, and tax
A twenty percent service fee will be added to all onsite checks to supplement staff wages and other expenses; additional gratuities are always appreciated. Sales tax will be added to the price of all food and beverage items served.
International card payments
Please note that some international credit cards may experience processing issues on our website due to regional security settings. If your transaction does not go through, please contact our box office directly at (415) 226-9680 or boxoffice@thepalacetheatersf.com. Our team will be happy to assist you by manually processing your order over the phone.
Age guidance
Recommended for ages 12+; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests under 21 years of age will receive a handstamp or wristband upon entry.
House rules
No outside alcohol or food. No drugs or weapons allowed.
Arrival
Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes before the performance begins; there is no late seating.
Recording and assumption of risk
Guests agree to being video and audio recorded during your visit. Guests assume all risk and danger incidental to the performance whether occurring before, during, or after said show; and guests agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.
Admission and conduct
The management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the “house rules” of the venue and the terms and conditions herein.
Mobility and accessible seating
Please note any mobility or ADA concerns. Not all seats are ADA accessible; however, we maintain ADA-accessible seats in all sections.
