We are excited to partner with Carlo Splendorini, Bar director and Co-Founder of Modernist Club, and also world champion mixologist, to create a bamboozling magical cocktail flight that will be available to purchase and enjoy during The Illusionist at the Palace Theater.
The cocktails themselves are elevated, surreal, and burst with flavor. Some sleight of drink magic, you could say. Carlo and creative team have crafted four unique experiences using flavors and garnishes that complement the show’s setting.
“We’re very excited to welcome guests to the Palace Theater to experience our cocktail flight, which is inspired by the show itself. The Illusionist is surreal and unbelievable, and so are the ingredients we’ve chosen to incorporate!” said Carlo.
The flight starts with sparkling effervescent grapes, infused—a Negroni you can bite, followed by your choice of two of four cocktails, and a dessert of alcoholic ice cream to finish it off.
